Happy Dog Software does not collect or store your personal information. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no cookies used for tracking, and no data sold or shared with anyone.
Your name, company name, and email address are used only to send alerts related to your purchase, such as your receipt and your license delivery. That is the whole list.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout pages. Your card number never touches this website. Stripe's handling of your payment details is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
I hold your information, your privacy, and your personal agency as nearly sacred. I will tell you directly if I save your information and for what reason. I can assure you that currently the only tracking that occurs on this website is when the downloads button is clicked, the purchase button is clicked, and a purchase is successful.
Those three counters are plain anonymous tallies. They record that a click happened, never who clicked.
In that same spirit of telling you directly: two small records do live on my server so I can serve you. If you send a message through the contact form, I keep that message so I can reply to it. When you buy a license, I keep a record of your order (your email and your license key) so I can recover your license if you ever lose it. Neither is used for anything else.
